CutLand is an intelligent creative video editing studio that provides automated AI subtitling, video dubbing, text-to-speech (TTS), multi-language translation, filler word trimming, viral clip generation, sound effects, and licensed background music.

This Privacy Policy explains how your personal data and media files are collected, used, processed, and protected when you interact with the CutLand mobile application and website. CutLand is operated by Wisenux Inc.

2 Information We Collect

A. Media Files & User Generated Content

To enable editing, subtitling, dubbing, and AI effects, CutLand accesses:

• Videos & Images: Video files and photos you choose to import into the editor.
• Audio Recordings: Voiceovers or voice clips you record using the in-app microphone.
• Transcripts & Subtitles: Transcribed speech, edited subtitle lines, and custom text overlays.

B. Account & Authentication Data

When you register or sign in, we process your Email address and send temporary One-Time Passwords (OTP). We store secure cryptographic session tokens to manage your cloud tasks.

C. Billing & Purchase Information

In-app subscriptions (CutLand Pro) and credit packages are processed exclusively through Google Play In-App Billing, Apple In-App Purchase, or authorized payment gateways. We never store or receive your credit card numbers or banking passwords.

D. Crash Analytics & Diagnostics

To eliminate app crashes and optimize rendering speeds across various phone chipsets, we collect anonymized diagnostic reports via Sentry (operating system version, device architecture, error stack traces).

We process data solely for the following legitimate purposes:

• AI Subtitling & Transcription: Converting spoken dialogue in videos into timestamped captions with acoustic alignment, smart punctuation, and casing.
• AI Dubbing & TTS Generation: Synthesizing natural multilingual speech and dubbed audio tracks.
• Smart Video Editing: Identifying filler words ("ums", "ahs", long pauses) and generating highlight clips.
• Music Discovery: Searching and previewing royalty-free music tracks via the Jamendo music catalog.
• Account & Pro Access: Verifying subscription entitlements and cloud processing quotas.

Depending on your platform, the CutLand app may request the following permissions to operate:

Android

• READ_MEDIA_VIDEO / READ_MEDIA_IMAGES / READ_MEDIA_AUDIO: To select and load media for editing.
• WRITE_EXTERNAL_STORAGE (Android ≤ 12): To export final rendered videos to your gallery.
• RECORD_AUDIO: Optional; only requested when recording live voiceovers.
• INTERNET: To reach AI engines, music servers, and subscription services.
• BILLING: To manage Google Play subscriptions.
• VIBRATE: For haptic feedback during timeline scrubbing.

iOS

• Photo Library / Media Library: To import and export videos, images, and audio.
• Microphone: Optional; only when recording voiceovers.
• Network: To reach AI engines, music servers, and subscription services.

6 Data Retention & Deletion

Local Projects: All videos, drafted timelines, and exported files remain stored locally on your device storage and are under your complete control.

Cloud Processing Files: Temporary audio clips and video fragments uploaded to our secure servers for AI transcription, dubbing, or translation tasks are automatically deleted within 24 to 48 hours after processing completes.

Account Deletion: You can delete your account and all associated profile records at any time by emailing us at privacy@cutland.ai with the subject "Delete My Account".

7 Security Standards

We apply robust technical and organizational security measures to protect your information:

• All app-to-server and web communication is strictly encrypted via HTTPS / TLS 1.3.
• Cloud AI tasks execute in isolated, sandboxed environments.
• We never sell, rent, or trade your personal data or creative media to advertisers.
